Knight Frank

Intuitive, On-Brand, and On Time: Revamping “My Knight Frank”

Knight Frank, one of the world’s most prestigious property agents, sought to enhance its relationship with customers by offering a self-serve platform tailored to buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. The "My Knight Frank" project aimed to modernise their digital services, creating a market-leading experience that reflected the brand’s prestige while delivering innovative and practical features.

When the initial project faltered due to poor product strategy and design, As a part of Matter Of Form, I was brought in to rescue and revitalise the effort. The goal was to rethink the platform entirely—streamlining user journeys, introducing innovative tools, and ensuring the design not only met, but enhanced, Knight Frank’s brand standards.

The outcome was a complete transformation. A new digital design system was developed to provide consistency across all of Knight Frank’s channels, elevating their digital presence while ensuring usability. The redesign addressed the unique needs of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, introducing features such as a buyer’s timeline and advanced search tools, alongside the seamless integration of Knight Frank’s industry-leading research. Working under tight deadlines, I collaborated closely with development teams to deliver the project at pace, ensuring it met the business’s ambitious objectives.

By focusing on user-centric design and innovative functionality, the revitalised “My Knight Frank” platform positioned Knight Frank as a digital leader, seamlessly combining modern technology with the sophistication and trustworthiness the brand is renowned for.
